Welcome to our website. We want to bring you a simple, convenient and safe shopping experience.
Please note that the terms and conditions of the Shopping Policy on our website apply only to purchases made through our website, unless otherwise expressly stated herein, There is no legal effect on sales transactions conducted through other channels (including the brand's specialty stores or counters located in and outside Hong Kong).

Register or buy directly

When shopping on our website, you are free to choose whether to register an account or not. By registering for an account, using an account, purchasing directly and our website, you agree to provide us with accurate, current and complete personal data for the relevant purpose and agree to the terms and conditions, cookie policy and terms of use set out on this page. This also means that you agree to this website's privacy policy regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data. Registered member

When you successfully register an online account, you will become a member of our website. Members will enjoy a simpler, more convenient and faster shopping experience, and can track order status and view order history at any time. From time to time we also send coupons to members on our website, so you must provide accurate profile information. Please note that shopping privileges and services obtained from other methods do not apply to our website unless we specify otherwise.

Order processing

• We will only process and ship orders on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
• Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Local delivery takes 5 business days to reach your address and 7 business days for pickup from the warehouse.
• We only provide local delivery service in Hong Kong.
• For orders outside Hong Kong, only freight collect option is available, and you can remark the details in the order.
• We will do our best to complete orders within the estimated times above, but these are estimates only and we are not responsible for any delays.
• Out of Stock - If the product you purchased is out of stock, you can email us about the out-of-stock product status and replenishment time.

Order Status

You will receive an email notification when your order is completed. Registered members can also check the latest order status, historical records and download orders on our website at any time.
We will send the tracking number of the order by mail, so you can know the delivery status of your order in real time.
*Please note: It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking status to be updated after the shipment dispatched.

Cancel order

You will not be able to make any changes or cancellations while we start processing your order. If you would like to cancel your order, please email jefft@funrock.com.hk We may not be able to cancel your order, but we reserve the final decision.
Orders or parts of an order may sometimes be cancelled. Reasons include:
• Product is out of stock
• Could not process your payment
• Cannot deliver to your address
• Duplicate order
• At your request
• Exceeded purchase limit
If the order is cancelled, we will notify you by email and arrange a refund. If you have any questions about order cancellation, please email to jefft@funrock.com.hk .

Lost package

If the package tracking shows that your product has been delivered but you have not received it, you can:
1. Ask your neighbors, family or reception, etc.
2. Check if the address is wrong or not.
3. Call the express company to inquire.

Shipping Instructions

Unless otherwise stated (such as special offers on our website), the following shipping policies apply to all orders placed on our website.
• Free shipping on orders over HKD 1,500 .
• Free shipping is only available in Hong Kong.

Shipping area

• Free shipping is available within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and Outlying Islands. This service is NOT available in specified areas, including but not limited to: Lo Wu and Po Toi Islands.
• Free shipping is not available outside Hong Kong.
• We do NOT accept P.O Box as delivery address.
• Orders will be delivered to the address provided by customer when placing their order. An order can be delivered to one address only. If you wish to have the items of one order to be sent to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.
• Different express and areas will have different delivery times, you can contact the relevant departments for inquiries.
• Customers can write "S.F. Express EF Locker" in the "Delivery Address" of "Checkout".
• Make sure the mobile phone number provided should be able to receive SMS text message.

Return policy

When you receive the product, please check it immediately, if it is damaged, we recommend to reject it directly and let the deliverer return it. The order mail record must be kept well to protect the interests of both parties.
We do not accept returns, exchanges and refunds for:
• Product packaging is incomplete (e.g. packaging tape or box torn off).
• Opened, used, damaged or incomplete product.
• Any freebies and trial gifts.
• Products for which a receipt cannot be presented.
If there is any problem with the product, such as wrong item, damage, defect and quality problem, we will arrange an exchange or return for you. Please go to the "Apply for Return" on our website within 3 days after signing the receipt of the goods. Exchange/return will not be accepted after the deadline. If the product to be exchanged is sold out, we will refund the payment to you.
When a return/exchange is received, we will process it within 14 working days. We will issue a refund to the payment method you used to place the order (excluding the initial shipping fee).
In case of any disputes, our company reserves the right of final decision.
